Who processes your data?

QIANOV SAS, 4 allée des informaticiens, Parc Actimart, 13290 Aix-en-Provence, France, is the data controller.

Why?

To review your video request, make you a proposal and get back to you. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract: no consent box is needed to send your request.

If you tick the box provided, and only then, we also send you news from QIANOV Motion. This choice is based on your consent: it is optional and you can withdraw it at any time.

What data?

Your answers to the brief, your contact details (first name, last name, email, and anything you choose to add: organisation, phone, website, social media account) and the files you upload. We do not keep your IP address with your request.

Who has access to it?

Only the QIANOV team. Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

Where is it kept?

Your request and your files are kept on our server, located in France with OVH. The emails related to your request, that is, the alert received by our team and your acknowledgement of receipt, go through Google Workspace, a service of Google LLC (United States). These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

For how long?

Request not followed up: 12 months, then deleted.
Request passed on to our studio to start a project: your files are deleted from the site 30 days later, and the request 12 months later. It is then kept in your client file.
Interrupted or abandoned file uploads: 48 hours.
Protection against abuse: a technical fingerprint, without your IP address, erased in less than 24 hours.
Server technical logs, kept for its proper operation and security: without your IP address, limited in size and erased each time the site is updated.
Backups: 7 days on our server; encrypted backup copies kept for 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, erase it, object to its processing, ask for its processing to be restricted or for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your agreement to receive our news. Write to rgpd@qianov.fr: we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only your draft is kept in your browser (local storage), with a technical identifier that links your files to your request: you can erase it at any time, and it is deleted once your request has been sent.
